Hello, I moved to Minnesota 10 years ago. I have already used this tradition once before, when I moved from Georgia. That time it took around 2 weeks after the statue was buried before the house went sold. This time it only took 4 days! I buried the statue same place as last time, just next to the for sale sign in front of the house facing my house. Now Im off to Tennessee and hopefully I want need Saint Joseph services again in the future, but I will still pray to him from time to time and thank him for his help selling my house once again. I knew my statue had to come from you! We never even had time to bury him. I bought the statue the day we found out my husband´s company would be transferring him. We had been through it one time before 2 yrs ago and spent months apart with 3 small children.

I started my prayers while we prepared our home. We put our house on the market last Wednesday and I was waiting for the For Sale sign to go up before burying the statue but it never happened. We had 3 showings on Thursday and left to find a new home in CA on Friday. While there we got an offer on Saturday for a 2 week close and our family gets to stay togheter this holiday season. I know I have you and St. Joseph to thank.

This is the best day in my life, I feel so relived! Its been very exhausting to always have to have the house in mind and worrying about that would happen if we can sell it. I bought St. JOSEPH STATUE to sell our house in NC. Selling worked so well, i couldn’t believe. We had offer in 2 weeks, sold the house on time i needed, when our son has had graduated HS. It was yr. 2002 I must add! In 2015 I tried to sell our house in AZ, I was not quite sure if i should, buried St. Joseph again, had negotiations with buyer, and my mother had emergency accident, i had to let it go, and not finish process. I was upset first, didnt understand why all this happened at such a crucial time? I put the house again for sale in 2016, couldn sell it for 4 mo. I panicked, relying on my buried St. JOSEPH STATUE from previous yr. When i tried to find him in the ground, he was not there. I was speechless. Upset, disbelieved, i told my husband to get another one and burried again with deep, deep praying. We had serious offer in 3 days, sold the house in month and we moved happy again to another state. We’ve found literally house of our dream, the house which was not affordable in 2015, but awaiting for us at much much lower price in 2016. This is true story of how prayers to St. JOSEPH works. The plans happen when he knows its the best time for you…. Now I buried the statue of St. JOSEPH in our new dream house, dream place and favorite spot to protect our family.

Hi! Honestly I wasnt sure this would work but since it was such a small cost compare to what we wanted for our house I thought to myself “Chris, why dont we give it a try..” I bought a statue from your site (really smooth by the way) and it arrived around one week later. My son buried the statue, the ground was frozen so he didnt dig deep, but did put some extra dirt above. Since I felt this was kind of weird I didnt want to stand in my yard and saying a prayer out loudly, but I did send him some extra thoughts when he was buried. Only three days later our realtor called and said that a pair that didnt were interested earlier had changed their mind and bought the house to our price! The realtor became really curious of St Joseph and ordered a couple of kits from you guys. You will probably receive his testimonials later on.

I ordered the statue for a friend who is trying to sell his house. My wife and I used one of your statues to sell our house which was on the  market for months. After burying your statue in our front yard we had an offer in less than a week. thanks!!

I purchased my St. Joseph Home Selling Kit and followed directions I found on the internet. I placed St. Joseph´s statue upside down, facing my home. I placed it next to the for sale sign the realtor placed in my yard. I prayed that night and every day after. I buried it on a Tuesday. On the following Monday morning, we had an offer. I have continued to pray every day for the sale to confinue go smoothly. We received a perfect inspection, (the inspector said a sprinkler head wasn´t responing, but in actuality, there was no sprinkler head where he was looking.) Our appraisal went throught quickly and we are set to close tomorrow, only 30 days after our initial offer! I will definitely be unburying our St. Joseph statue and taking with us to our new home.
